"I'm Laura Silk, one of the Outreach Nurses for the project. I have worked as a Nurse for over 20 years in both Primary and Secondary Care. I like to motivate people into achieving their goals and the positive ripple effect it has on others. I am married to Chris who is a a car fanantic and have 3 children twins 9 and a 13 year old daughter. I like theatre and enjoy going to live music concerts. I am passionate about football and attend Roots Hall as often as I can."
